Laboratorios Farmacéuticos ROVI, S.A. (ROVI) is a Spanish pharmaceutical company. The company was founded in 1946 and began developing low molecular weight anticoagulant heparins in 1981, which are among its flagship products today.

In addition, several prescription drugs are manufactured and distributed, including under license from Merck & Co. and Novartis. Contract manufacturing on behalf of other manufacturers is another mainstay of ROVI.

For the Moderna vaccine mRNA-1273, which is partly manufactured in a Lonza plant in Switzerland, the packaging, filling and delivery takes place in Pozuelo de Alarcón.

ROVI’s main products contains the following as: Sodium Bemiparin Injection, Enoxaparin Sodium Injection, Injectable Risperidone, Indacaterol Maleate and Glycopyrronium Bromide, Sacubitril and Valsartan, Ezetimibe and Atorvastatin etc.

Since 2019, ROVI has been part of the Spanish small cap index IBEX Small Cap.
